We are excited to celebrate Kerry Welch with KLP Consulting as the 2025 Chamber Ambassador of the Year!
Our Chamber Ambassadors truly are the heartbeat of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce. They are the friendly faces, the welcoming handshakes, and often the very first impression our members and guests experience. They show up with energy, enthusiasm, and a servant’s heart, and their impact reaches far beyond any single event or program.
Behind the scenes, our Ambassadors do so much to support the success of the Chamber. They serve as greeters at events and meetings, help with set-up and logistics, attend ribbon cuttings to welcome new businesses, assist with Reality Check, reach out to new members, and step in wherever help is needed. Their willingness to say “yes” and show up consistently is what makes our Chamber stronger.
They truly live out the role of “ambassador” by representing the Chamber with professionalism, warmth, and pride throughout Walton County. Their presence helps create a culture of connection and hospitality that defines who we are as an organization.
Each year, Ambassadors earn points for their service and participation, and we are proud to recognize our Top Three Ambassadors for 2025:

This year’s Ambassador of the Year is someone who truly stands out. She embodies consistency, enthusiasm, and follow-through. She loves a good competition, thrives on meeting new people, and most importantly, she does exactly what she says she will do. Her reliability, positive energy, and servant leadership make her an invaluable part of our Ambassador team.
Kerry shows us what it means to be fully committed. She shows up. She engages. She encourages others. And she represents the Chamber with pride in everything she does.
