Each year, there’s one night that brings our entire business community together in a special way—and that night is almost here.
The 78th Annual Banquet of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce, presented by Piedmont Walton Hospital, is more than a celebration. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and honor the people, businesses, and leaders who make Walton County a place where commerce and community thrive side by side.
For 78 years, this event has marked a tradition of gratitude and forward momentum. This year’s banquet will continue that legacy while also setting the stage for what’s next.
Honoring Excellence in Our Community
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening is recognizing those who go above and beyond—not for recognition, but because they care deeply about this community.
During the banquet, we will present awards honoring outstanding service and leadership, including:

- J. L. McGarity Citizenship Award

The evening will also highlight the Chamber’s work throughout 2025. Through photos and video, we’ll reflect on the connections made, programs delivered, partnerships strengthened, and milestones achieved over the past year.
Equally important, we’ll take time to recognize the people who make that work possible every day—our Board of Directors, volunteers, and Chamber staff. Their dedication behind the scenes fuels everything the Chamber does, and this night is about saying thank you.
