Rev. Hill was born on August 27th, 1968, in The Walton County Hospital of Monroe, Georgia. His parents are the late Charlie A. Hill and the late Leola C. Hill. He is the youngest of nine children (4 brothers and 4 sisters). After graduating from Monroe Area Comprehensive High School, in Monroe, Georgia, on May 30th, 1986, Pastor Hill received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Management) on March 24th, 1991, from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. He was employed at Oxford Industries of Monroe in Warehouse Management for 18 years. He has had a distinguished career as a pastor, youth director, community activist, and civic leader. Pastor Hill has been in the ministry for more than twenty-five years. He was called to the ministry as a local preacher on July 10th, 1994, at the Spring Hill A.M.E. Zion Church. He received his Ordination into the Deaconate on November 12th, 1998, at the New Life A.M.E. Zion Church in College Park, Georgia, where Bishop Joseph Johnson served as the Presiding Prelate. Rev. Hill received his 1st Appointment as pastor in the Georgia Conference at the Bush Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Winder, Georgia, in 1999. Pastor Hill has served 20 years as a spiritual leader/pastor of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church of the state of Georgia. Pastor Hill is presently serving as a Commissioner of the Monroe Housing Authority, in Monroe, Georgia. He also served on the Walton County Board of Education-District 1 and he was elected Chairman of the Walton Co. Board of Education for the years 2012 & 2013, under the auspices of the Democratic Party of Walton County. He serves also as a Youth Development Professional, Club Unit Director, coach, and mentor for the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Georgia, at the Walton County Club of Monroe, Georgia. On June 3rd, 2017, Rev. Hill was also received as a Master Mason of Tuscan Lodge # 38, of Monroe, Georgia.
