Kara Fresk

Dr. Kara Fresk is a coach and organizational strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations who are wondering: "Where do I go?" and "How do I grow?" Kara helps mid-level and senior leaders advance their skillsets, expand their mindsets, and find and own their leadership identity. She helps organizations innovate for success and grow their pipeline of high-potential talent.

Kara supports organizations in the creation and implementation of scalable leadership training solutions. She has a proven track record of successful organizational change at the enterprise level through her approach that blends individual and collective coaching, tactical training, transformative learning and development, and community building. She uses this same approach as a sought-after facilitator for offsite trainings and retreats, ensuring that the organization and individual participants walk away knowing their time was well-spent. Kara also serves as a consultant to large-scale strategic planning processes for complex, multi-level organizations.

Kara’s work is informed by nearly 20 years of progressive leadership in complex organizations. A career focused on strategic planning, assessment, organizational effectiveness, employee engagements, staff development, coaching, and training, and facilitation (whew!) coalesce into her very strong consulting and coaching practice.

Dr. Fresk holds a Ph.D. in Counseling & Administration from the University of Georgia, earned an executive leadership coaching certification from the Academy of Creative Coaching, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
