Originally founded in 2007 by a former Gwinnett County firefighter, HERO stands proudly on its core values borrowed from its public service background: integrity, trust, quality, passion, and growth. Anna Smith joined the HERO team in 2020 and was asked to come on as co-owner and partner in 2023, eventually becoming the sole owner of HERO in early 2025. HERO has been voted Best of Gwinnett in HVAC service for 8 years and counting and holds a stellar 5-star rating on Google. We are a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, Conditioned Air Association of Georgia, and we were voted Best HVAC & Furnace Repair Services in Lawrenceville by Expertise.com in 2024. Our technicians are experts in their field, continuously growing their knowledge through continuing education courses and certifications. As much as we love serving our customers’ HVAC needs, we also love giving back to our local community. We are members of the Barrow County and Walton County Chambers of Commerce, proud supporters of the Jackson County High School Band Association and The Haven House in Dacula, GA, and we sponsor weekly events at Finished Goods Brew Works in Winder, GA.
