The successful game master will greet customers, explain game rules and guidelines, observe players for safety of the room and players and provide assistance as required. Game masters will greet customers upon game completion and provide feedback as required. Game masters will then escort players to the lobby for a final picture and reset the game for the next group of players.
Game masters are expected to work Friday night, Saturday and rotation on Sunday. Game masters are also expected to work during school holidays, school events and major holiday events as deemed necessary. Standby shifts during the evenings on Wednesday and Thursday may be required. We would prefer not to hire someone in high school unless you are able to meet the scheduling obligations outlined.
Game masters must have a customer service focus, attention to detail, positive attitude and enjoy escape room games.
