Workshop 5: Age-Appropriate Food & Exercise
Consider this…..YOU are the oldest that you’ve ever been. RIGHT. NOW. The only way we could stop the aging process is if we could snap our fingers and travel back in time so that we could teach our younger selves the importance of good nutrition, regular exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices. The good news is that right now, while you are the oldest you’ve ever been if you begin a healthy lifestyle that includes age-appropriate food choices and regular, age-appropriate exercise, this can be your “fountain of youth!” Studies have shown that by doing those two things you can help slow down and, in some cases, reverse the effects of aging. No matter what decade of life you’re in, you must eat and exercise differently. So, what is appropriate for YOU? That’s what you will learn in this workshop!
