Professional Bio
Hi, I'm Nikita Schroeder—owner and founder of Legacy Mode Bookkeeping, where I help real estate businesses—including real estate investors, property managers, short term rental hosts, and real estate service providers—understand what their numbers are telling them so they can make confident decisions and build lasting legacies—not just tax-ready books.
My experience leading financial operations and large-scale business processes has taught me that good decisions start with good information. I bring that same strategic mindset to every client I work with.
To me, bookkeeping isn’t the goal—it’s the foundation.
I’m proud to be part of the Walton County Chamber community and welcome opportunities to connect, collaborate, and support fellow business owners.
